The rapid rise in credit card use over the last two decades ensures that these days almost all UK adults keep a minimum of one card. Of course, a lot of people hold a few, even if some of the accounts are pretty much inactive. Additionally it is well known that owning several cards may cause issues, with multiple smallish balances readily adding up to a serious one which is challenging to cope with. Given this problem, why would anyone take the time getting another credit card?
