Shane Sifrit may need to find a different car at Des Moines used cars after this little incident.  He drew attention to himself by driving without headlights at 3:30 a.m. today.When officers tried to stop him, Sifrit, 31, allegedly tried to elude them. Police followed him down Forest Avenue, 24th Street, then Carpenter Avenue. At one point Sifrit allegedly slammed on his brakes, then headed down an alley and accelerated. Officers turned on their lights and sirens and began chasing the car.
