There are many claims that anyone can simply ask for millions of dollars in free grant money and expect to get a check in the mail because they are entitled to it. "As an tax-paying American citizen, you have every right to claim back some of your tax dollars by asking for free government money." Is this true, or are claims of free grant money just a scam?
